You are purchasing access for one (1) person to The Success Solution™ (referred to below as the “The Success Solution Product,” the “The Success Solution Program,” “The Success Solution System,” or the “Program”) from Debra Joy LLC (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”). No other persons are authorized to use this content without written permission from the Company. All information contained in The Success Solution™ is intended for use only by the one (1) purchaser at the discretion of the Company.

The Success Solution™ Product includes course content, videos, audios, and other materials, including journals, workbooks, and other information furnished by the Company (collectively, “Content”), and access to a website for members of the Program (the “Site”). By purchasing access to The Success Solution™, you and the Company hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Company’s Terms of Use (collectively, this “Agreement”). These are legal terms and conditions that govern your use of The Success Solution™ Product and form a legal agreement between you and the Company.

PAYMENT POLICY

You are responsible for paying the full purchase price for The Success Solution™ at the time of registration, including any applicable taxes or fees.

No payment plans are offered.
Access to the Program is granted only after full payment has been successfully processed.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of this self-paced program and immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds, exchanges, or credits are offered under any circumstances once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the Program and accept full responsibility for your participation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Content contained in The Success Solution™ Product is proprietary and owned by Debra Joy LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Duplicating, sharing, uploading, distributing, or reproducing any Content — including sharing on social media — is strictly prohibited and constitutes theft. This includes downloads, excerpts, links, recordings, reprints, or any future method of reproduction. You may not create or sell programs that are the same as or substantially similar to The Success Solution™.

The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use the Content solely in accordance with this Agreement. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

We respect your privacy and require that you respect the privacy of other Program participants. The Company will not sell or share your personal information.

By purchasing access to the Program, you agree:

  • Not to disclose confidential information shared by other participants or the Company

  • To use Content only as authorized

  • That all Content remains the sole and exclusive property of the Company

  • That violation of confidentiality may result in injunctive relief and termination of access

You may discuss your own personal results but must keep all other participant experiences strictly confidential.

COMMUNITY RULES

No solicitation is permitted within The Success Solution™ community spaces. You may not promote services, programs, products, affiliate links, or invite members to outside groups.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the Program without refund.

THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS

The Company may provide links to third-party materials for convenience. The Company does not control or endorse such materials and is not responsible for their content or accuracy.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The Success Solution™ is provided without guarantees. You acknowledge that results depend on personal factors, commitment, and effort. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding outcomes, earnings, health, relationships, or business success.

DISCLAIMER

The Program is educational in nature and is not intended as medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Consult appropriate licensed professionals as needed.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debra Joy LLC and The Success Solution™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program.

NON-DISPARAGEMENT

You agree not to engage in any conduct or communication intended to disparage the Company, The Success Solution™, or Debra Joy.

TERMINATION

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Program, without refund, if you violate this Agreement.

CHANGES

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Program.

BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to participate in any class or representative action.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior understandings.
